Room 7 is for children ages 3yrs-3 1/2yrs old. Children in this room will need to be completely potty trained before going to the next level. The room has a bathroom in it to help the potty-trained child further their self-help skills. The room is also equipped with an intercom directly linked to the office for your child's safety. Weekly themes are incorporated into daily activities that help to foster curiosity and learning. More structure is introduced in this room, as well as opportunities to express independence. Teachers emphasize advanced social and self-help skills, development of friendship, math-readiness, pre-reading/wrting skills, science activities, gross and fine motor skills, balance, coordination, extensive awareness and naming body parts, simple structured games, cooperative play, imaginative play and personal information.
Parents must provide the following: -a sheet and blanket -extra changes of clothes
